I am a current graduate student at Texas A&M University, pursuing a Master of Science in Supply Chain and Data Analytics. I believe that a modern business leader should aim to lead through influence rather than authority, responding to challenges through clear communication and data-driven analytics.
During my time at McKesson Medical Surgical, I gained firsthand experience on a Continuous Improvement team, where I developed inventory management solutions in compliance with our FDA partners and established a method to continuously monitor and track inventory location changes throughout the DC environment. In other customer-facing roles, I’ve learned how to navigate ambiguity, manage customers, and apply an agile thinking approach that I will use to be a successful employee.
I’m adaptable and pride myself on my ability to learn quickly. I’m currently seeking opportunities in operations or supply chain management to apply the skills I have developed throughout my education and career.
