Truett Whitley

I am pursuing a Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School and will graduate with a BBA in Finance this May. My experiences have shaped me into a strategic and pragmatic individual, deeply passionate about the opportunity real estate provides to apply financial analysis to tangible assets that enhance communities and build meaningful relationships.

During my time as a Summer Analyst at Provident Realty Advisors, I underwrote more than ten prospective master-planned community (MPC) developments and six age-restricted senior living opportunities. Each experience strengthened my ability to merge rigorous financial analysis with strategic thinking to achieve successful investment outcomes. This experience deepened my passion for real estate finance, particularly in investment management and acquisitions.

I am always seeking to expand my knowledge, remain constantly curious, and thrive on intellectual challenges that promote innovative problem-solving. I value authenticity, loyalty, and respect in others and strive to live by these principles in my everyday life. I aim to build and own real estate that improves the lives of individuals and creates meaningful impact within communities.

Outside of work and the classroom, I enjoy the outdoors through hunting and fishing, traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, sports, and reading self-improvement books.
