After transitioning from a career in sports, I took time to reflect on a professional path that aligned with my values and strengths. That journey led me to Human Resources, a field where I can help build inclusive, high-performing teams and make meaningful contributions to organizational culture.

My time as a Player Personnel Assistant with Texas A&M Football was especially formative. I produced scouting reports that assessed player alignment with team values and long-term goals, supported the recruitment of a nationally ranked class, and helped coordinate visit logistics to create a strong candidate experience. These responsibilities strengthened my analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate under pressure, skills that translate directly to talent acquisition, culture alignment, and employee experience in HR.

I'm open to different opportunities across HR, but given my professional background, I'm especially drawn to talent acquisition. As I continue building my career in HR, I'm driven by a desire to grow, lead, and contribute to workplaces where everyone can thrive. As I continue to grow in the field, I'm excited to learn from others and connect with professionals who are passionate about people, performance, and purpose.
