Shelby Hernandez

Hi, my name is Shelby Hernandez, and I'm currently pursuing a Master of Science in business at Texas A&M University with a bachelor's in international affairs and a minor in Spanish. I bring a strong foundation in client relations, strategic marketing, and cross-cultural communication shaped by hands on experience in both the US and Mexico.
What fuels my goals is passion for connecting people and ideas across borders and delivering meaningful experience, especially in customer facing roles. I've designed strategic marketing campaigns, lead service training sessions, and build strong alumni relationships all with a focus on improving service quality and driving results.
