Hi, I'm Sadie Peeler. I'm currently pursuing my Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M University, where I also earned my undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics with a concentration in Finance and Real Estate. My education and work experience have prepared me to add value as a real estate analyst by combining financial analysis, market research, and strong communication to support investment decisions.
Professionally, I've worked across several areas of commercial real estate. As an Acquisition Analyst at Sago Capital, I analyze market-level data, build financial models, and support acquisition and asset management strategies. Previously, I worked at Stafford Barrett Commercial Brokerage'now merged into Sago'where I helped coordinate deals, managed client communication, and created marketing materials and listings.
Outside of real estate, I interned with Valero Energy's Commercial Supply & Trading group, where I created a reporting tool that saved the trading desk two hours daily, reviewed contracts, and presented directly to VPs. These experiences sharpened my technical skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly in fast-paced settings.
Looking ahead, I'm seeking a full-time analyst role in capital markets, acquisitions, or development where I can continue building my skills, contribute meaningful analysis, and grow with a high-performing team.
