Ritik Manghani

Hi everyone! I'm Ritik Manghani.
I am a first year MIS graduate student at the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. Before returning to school, I worked as a Senior Analyst at Accenture, helping global organizations like Mercedes Benz and ASDA, UK turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies in HCM, supply chain, logistics and retail. My journey started with a degree in Electronics and Telecommunications engineering, which sparked my love for technology, problem-solving, and connecting big ideas to real-world results.
Over the years, I've worked at both Accenture and RIA Advisory, where I led analytics projects, designed dashboards for Fortune 100 clients, and worked closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical ERP solutions. These experiences taught me the importance of bridging the gap between strategy and execution, and really strengthened my leadership and communication skills.
What really sets me apart is my focus on building strong, collaborative teams and empowering others to grow. Whether it's mentoring colleagues, leading cross-functional projects, or co-founding an educational platform that supported over 15,000 learners, I love creating environments where people feel inspired and confident to take on challenges.
I'm especially passionate about roles that combine AI, data, and business intelligence to create smarter, more human-centered solutions. I enjoy simplifying complexity, turning ideas into meaningful impact, and helping organizations become more resilient and future-ready.
Looking ahead, I'm excited to take on opportunities in product and program management, supply chain, or digital transformation, where I can blend my technical expertise with business strategy and leadership.
Outside of work, I enjoy exploring design, mentoring students, and finding ways to combine creativity with technology to make a positive difference.
