Hello, my name is Rajeevinee Kesari. I am pursuing my Master of Science in Management Information Systems at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. Before picking up an interest in tech-management roles, I had formerly worked in a software engineering role where my work revolved a lot around databases.

Right from my undergraduate years, thanks to my curriculum, which allowed me to pick programming, I started getting inclined towards technology. After working in an engineering role for more than a year, I started realizing that my full potential is not being utilized and that I can offer a lot more to the table. I found myself interacting well in board meetings and conferences, along with doing well in my techie job. I was able to handle critical discussions and also got a chance to see the higher management being able to take some highly critical decisions, foresight of which I, as an engineer, just couldn’t have. That appalled me to the core.
This was a turning point for me when I decided to switch roles to search for my inclinations and potential. Fast forward to today, I am now into project management and have also worked as an Assistant Project Manager for a fintech, where I handled banks and helped them with the project deliveries of cross-border payment systems. I have found myself doing excellent resource management and critical communications required to safeguard the interests of all stakeholders. Because I have worked in a fast-paced startup and its high-pressure finance environment with 90% on-time deliveries, I know that I can do such management with even more efficiency after my graduation.

I am a passionate individual who believes in creating meaningful outcomes, merging my tech understanding and management capability. Along with that, it is my principle that no individual in my team suffers due to a lack of responsibility of the authorities. I look forward to opportunities that search for systematic achievement of goals in the workplace, enabling a thriving environment for every individual involved.
