I am a finance student at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School with a focused interest
in real estate valuation, investment analysis, and advisory services. I am currently completing my
Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and will graduate in May 2026. Following my
undergraduate degree, I will begin the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M, further
deepening my technical and analytical foundation in real estate.
Through internships in real estate valuation and investment sales, I have developed hands-on
experience analyzing commercial real estate across multiple asset types. As a Real Estate
Valuation Intern at Stout, I valued properties using the income, sales comparison, and cost
approaches for trust and estate planning, litigation, and tax-related purposes. I supported
litigation and tax appeal engagements, conducted on-site property inspections, and worked
closely with valuation professionals to produce defensible analyses. Previously, at Marcus &
Millichap, I performed financial underwriting, analyzed transaction data, and supported investor
communications on commercial real estate listings.
In addition to my professional experience, I have held leadership roles in student organizations
where I managed budgets, coordinated large-scale initiatives, and collaborated with diverse
teams. These experiences have strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, work in team-oriented environments, and approach problems with a results-driven mindset.
I am eager to continue developing my technical skill set and industry perspective as I progress
from my undergraduate studies into the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M. I am
especially interested in learning from experienced professionals, gaining exposure to co mplex
valuation and advisory engagements, and contributing meaningfully in environments that value
precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
