Mihir Kale

Hi, I am Mihir Kale, a first year graduate student in MS-MIS at Mays Business school of Texas A&M University. I have three years of experience working as a software engineer, particularly in the data engineering domain, where my work revolved around automating data pipeline migration of healthcare companies by developing automation scripts in Python. As part of my job, I have continuously tried to upskill myself by learning the latest technologies. For instance, I was part of a team that used generative AI to build a search bot of a product documentation whose documentation was in PDF files. I am a detail-oriented problem-solver who believes in the power of active listening and a user-centric approach to development. I am eager to expand my skillset and use my technical background to become a strategic leader who drives business innovation.
