Mary Case

"I received my undergraduate degree in Agricultural Economics with a focus in Finance and Real Estate, along with a minor in Spanish, from Texas A&M, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Real Estate, where I’m continuing to develop my technical and analytical skills.

My interest in commercial real estate has continued to grow through my academic experience and hands-on work in brokerage. Through these experiences, I’ve developed a strong foundation in financial analysis, underwriting, and market research, while also gaining exposure to leasing and investment decisions.

I’m particularly interested in the financial side of real estate, including cash flow analysis and investment evaluation, but I also value the relationship-driven aspect of the industry. I take pride in being both analytical and people-oriented, and I enjoy working in team environments where I can contribute and learn.

Moving forward, I’m excited to pursue opportunities in brokerage, investments, or development where I can continue building my skills and gaining real-world experience.
