Maddie Jones

Howdy! My name is Madeline Jones and I am currently pursuing a Master of Real estate at
Texas A&M University, where I also earned my Bachelor of science in Agribusiness with a
minor in Agricultural Economics.
What drives me personally is my passion for the real estate industry and my dedication to
building strong analytical skills. I bring a unique combination of agribusiness knowledge, human
resources experience, and appraisal experience to the table, which allows me to approach
challenges from multiple perspectives.
During my internship in Capital Farm Credit's Appraisal department, I helped develop appraisals
for various tracts to evaluate collateral risk and collaborated with local appraisers on property
analyses and sales documentation. One of my proudest accomplishments was creating a summer
long project demonstrating how integrating Power Bi into the appraisal process could enhance
data analysis capabilities. Presenting these insights to the executive team was not only rewarding
but also resulted in a return offer, which affirmed my ability to deliver impactful results.
Currently I am working part time at Capital Farm Credit in the HR department under
compensation while I finish up school. I support monthly audit controls using Excel, assist with
onboarding, and contribute to association wide recognition programs. These roles have
strengthened my organizational, communication, and data visualization skills, all of which are
critical in the real estate industry.
Beyond my professional experience, during my undergrad I was a member of sigma alpha
professional sorority where I contributed to onboarding new members and fostering a supportive
community.
I am eager to continue learning and applying my skills in real estate to create value for future
employers. I would love the opportunity to connect and explore ways I can contribute to your
