I am an aspiring HR professional who thrives on building connections, solving problems, and helping organizations grow through their people. From training new employees at SeaWorld to stepping up during unexpected management changes, I have shown adaptability, influential communication, and resilience. Now, I am pursuing graduate-level HR training to sharpen my skills and ultimately lead HR teams that drive both employee engagement and business success.
