As a driven individual with a background in Human Resources, I am so excited to begin my career journey! My enthusiasm for HR stems from my passion for learning and understanding how people, processes, and culture intersect to create success within an organization. With a strong interest in the oil and gas industry, I hope to be able to contribute to a sector that plays such a vital role in the global economy.

Based on my previous academic and professional experiences, I have learned that I thrive in fast paced environments where I am given the opportunity to think critically and solve problems. Between supporting employees, providing my insight to upper management, and analyzing workforce data, I approach every task with curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.

As I continue my career, I am eager to connect with other HR professionals to learn about their experiences. I am passionate about learning how I can contribute meaningfully to any role I am in. I love learning from others on the job and can't wait to make a lasting impact anywhere I go.
