Joe Ballard

Howdy, my name is Joe Ballard. I am a current student in the Master of Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University, hungry to start my career in real estate finance or valuation.

During my undergraduate years, I have honed my skills as an aspiring real estate finance professional, working not only to understand these complex topics, but also how they are implemented in practice. My passion for the industry is unmatched and even in my undergraduate studies, I took all of the electives offered on the subject.

My approach to a project is that of a methodical problem solver. The key to any evaluation or analysis is to start with the information given. From there, you can find any other crucial information and use that to bridge the gap to the needed solution.
In this new digital age, staying up to date with the latest technology in the field is a business necessity. I am utilizing the latest software and artificial intelligence in my work and plan to do so in any future role to deliver the most accurate and efficient end result.
What sets me apart is my hunger for valuable knowledge and skills in the industry as well as my desire to deliver value to my firm and clients as soon as possible. I graduated from undergrad and started the Real Estate Masters program a year early to get a head start getting into the industry. I have also enrolled in other extracurricular courses to refine my hard skills, including excel modeling and mastery of CRE concepts. I am a quick learner and always ready to tackle a new task or concept.
