Jamison Zhang

Howdy! My name is Jamison Zhang, and I'm from Frisco, Texas. I completed my undergraduate degree in Construction Science at Texas A&M University, where I gained hands-on experience through several construction internships with general contractors. During those experiences, I discovered a strong passion for commercial real estate and finance. I realized that I wanted to understand the broader picture - the full cycle of development - beyond just the construction phase.

Before returning to Aggieland to pursue my Master of Real Estate, I interned with Hines, a global real estate developer. That experience provided me with invaluable exposure to the Hines real estate philosophy, their investment vision, and the Hines Standard. More importantly, it taught me what it takes to become a great developer.

I'm deeply passionate about construction, development, and finance. At the intersection of these fields, I strive to build meaningful relationships, lead with initiative, make a positive impact in my community, and deliver projects of exceptional quality.
