I’m an accounting and real estate student focused on driving value
through financial analysis, process automation, and hands-on experience in real asset
operations.
I have built a strong foundation in accounting and data analytics, and I actively apply these skills
across both accounting and real estate settings. During my internship at Mr. Cooper, I
automated a recurring accounting workflow using Alteryx that integrated multiple data sources
and became the team’s primary process for end of month preporation, reducing preparation time
and improving consistency. I also analyzed invoice discrepancies across five departments using
Coupa, helping streamline issue resolution and strengthen internal controls.
At the core of my approach is efficiency and execution. I don’t just identify problems, I design
and implement solutions. I have delivered process-improvement presentations to senior
management, translated complex data into clear insights, and supported better decision-making
through accurate, timely financial information.
What sets me apart is my ability to connect financial analysis with real-world outcomes. In
addition to my corporate experience, I actively remodel and help manage investment properties,
contributing to full-scale renovations across more than fifteen homes. This hands-on work has
given me direct insight into cost management, value creation, and how operational decisions
affect property performance and returns.
I have also developed strong leadership and communication skills. As a Chair for Texas A&M’s
Fish Camp, I lead a 24-member team and collaborate with other leaders to execute large-scale
programming for over 6,000 participants, strengthening my ability to manage teams, coordinate
logistics, and deliver results in high-impact environments.
I am driven by continuous growth and learning, which is why I am pursuing both the
Professional Program in Accounting and a Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M. My goal is to
build a career at the intersection of accounting, real estate, and operational improvement, where
I can help organizations and investors make informed decisions and create long-term value.
I’m excited to connect and explore opportunities where I can contribute, learn, and continue to
grow.
