I am currently pursuing a Master of Real Estate at Texas A&M University, where I also earned my undergraduate degree in Industrial Distribution. My academic and professional experiences have shaped me into a results-driven, detail-oriented individual, committed to bringing analytical rigor and creative problem-solving to the world of commercial real estate investment.
During my time as a Summer Analyst at Partners Capital, I underwrote over $900MM in acquisitions across multiple asset classes. I developed dynamic Excel models and leveraged ARGUS to evaluate leasing and capital expenditure assumptions- experiences that deepened my understanding of how thoughtful capital deployment drives long-term value. At Marcus & Millichap, I contributed to investment brokerage efforts through market research and data organization, helping secure four proposal meetings and gaining insight into investor strategy and deal execution. At ECP Solutions, I successfully managed large sets of asset data, and their transition to a blockchain system to improve inventory control and financial planning. These experiences strengthened my understanding of how data-driven decisions can create long-term value and enhance financial operations.
These experiences fueled my interest in real estate private equity, particularly in capital structuring, debt financing, and investment strategy. I believe well-executed real estate projects create lasting, positive impacts on communities and the broader economy.
I place a strong emphasis on loyalty, respect, and building meaningful relationships. I believe that successful projects and teams are founded on these values and working towards common goals. I prioritize effective interpersonal communication and actively contribute to open, collaborative environments where team members share ideas to perform at their best as a unit.
As I embark on this next chapter in my career, I am seeking opportunities in real estate investment and capital markets. I look forward to contributing my unique approach of problem solving, communication, and financial analytics to projects that drive both financial success and a positive community impact. The broad set of soft and hard skills I have developed through my professional and academic careers has equipped me to take on new challenges with confidence and purpose.
