Ella Boles

Howdy! My name is Ella Boles. I began my academic career by studying psychology, and that's where I realized what I really
am passionate about. I love learning about people, what motivates them, how they work best,
and how to create a space where people feel supported. This interest is what led me to continue my education in human resources.

I served as Membership Integrity Coordinator in the sorority Alpha Omicron Pi. In this role, I handled disciplinary situations between members. I collaborated with over 20 other officers in the sorority and gained a foundation in conflict resolution and confidentiality.

I currently work as an HR Student Assistant for Texas A&M's Division of Human Resources and Organizational Effectiveness. In this position, I have gained experience using Workday, completing employee onboarding, and improved my skills in communication and teamwork.

I'm pursuing an internship for the summer of 2026 to give me the chance to grow and gain more hands-on experience in the HR field. I am passionate about people, and I would love to create a work environment where employees feel supported and valued.
