Hello, I'm Corey Dahlgren. I'm a Texas A&M MRE student deeply passionate about bringing substance and charm into the community through innovative real estate development.

Through the past few years, I've developed a deep understanding of construction working as a project manager, facilitating a variety of projects through San Antonio. My opportunities have given me the privilege to deliver projects with different clientele needs, schedule deadlines, and financial constraints.

Through the means of real estate development, I firmly believe I can provide a product that induces targeted feelings to the consumer. Whether I'm underwriting, raising capital, or managing the project, I'll be pouring my heart and soul into something that others will cherish and benefit from.

What sets me apart from others is my ability to solve complex problems using my unconventional thinking approach and my ability to dig into the weeds. My innovative mind continually provokes intriguing ideas that push the envelope, and my attention to detail is keen for alignment with the master plan ensuring the vision will be accurately portrayed.

My most proud accomplishment is my relentless drive to better myself and those around me. I firmly believe leading by example is the best method of encouraging others to perform at the highest level. Teamwork is the key to success and one singular individual cannot do it alone. In an industry that relies on countless people to complete projects, it's very important to understand team dynamics and how to be a successful leader.

My goal is to solve large problems in the community through real estate, creating opportunity for others, and transforming people in the process. Whether this is helping an established company or a venture start up, I'm here to catalyze the process and bring the vision into fruition.
