Cade Haught

Howdy! My name is Cade Haught and my path to real estate was unconventional, but it was intentional. With my experience as a manager of a restaurant, and other customer service roles, I have always valued spaces that bring people together. I have learned the importance of cultivating environments where people feel connected and cared for. That appreciation for space, service, and experience started my journey towards a career in real estate development.

As an undergraduate student, I received a Bachelor's in Finance from A&M where I developed a strong foundation in site analysis, financial modeling, and market research. I enjoy being in the space where numbers meet tangibility, where a project comes to life to add value to a community.

I'm fueled by the challenge of delivering developments that are not only financially sound but also enhance quality of life and promote growth. My financial background combined with my expanding real estate knowledge create a great pairing to navigate uncertain times.

I am driven by the opportunity to play a tangible role in shaping cities project by project. I'm eager to contribute to a team where I can continue learning from experienced developers, while bringing energy, curiosity, and a strong analytical mindset to the table, with hopes of running my own firm one day.
