Brayden Phelps

I'm currently a graduate student at Texas A&M's Mays Business School with a strong interest in quantitative analysis and a passion for joining purpose-driven organizations.

Through my coursework and my internship as a Business Analyst, I've developed sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Combined with a self-starting mindset, I've launched my own income-generating projects during college and gained experience leading initiatives and teams as an executive in my student organization.

I'm excited to pursue roles in operations strategy or business planning-especially within companies that value collaboration, innovation, and long-term thinking. I'm driven to contribute to data-informed initiatives and cross-functional projects that create real impact.
