Anna Grace Schmalz

I am currently pursuing my master's in business at Texas A&M University's Mays Business School and am excited to begin my career in May 2026. Through the MS Business program, I am gaining hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, management, and team building.

I find it rewarding to solve problems, support others, and explore new ideas. This curiosity shapes my analytical approach to understanding the "why" behind how things work, identifying patterns, brainstorming ideas, and developing meaningful solutions to challenges.

My goal has always been to find solutions that are both logical and rooted in empathy. I thrive in environments where I have time to think independently and then collaborate with others to build upon ideas with a shared focus on success. I am eager to apply my skills through a role where I can contribute to impactful work, learn continuously, and help drive team success.
