Angel Notter

Hello, my name is Angel Notter. I recently completed my Bachelor of Science in Real Estate at the University of Washington, where I balanced academics with several years of professional leadership experience in the retail industry. Through that work, I developed a strong interest in people operations, particularly in supporting employee development, improving team dynamics, and driving operational results through better workplace systems.

In my role as a manager, I led large and small teams daily and contributed to training programs, process improvements, and employee relations. I became deeply engaged in performance management and day-to-day problem solving, while also working closely with leadership to implement team strategies. This hands-on experience taught me the importance of strong HR practices and sparked my interest in pursuing Human Resources as a long-term career path.

What makes me unique is my ability to bridge front-line operations with strategic thinking. I understand how internal systems, employee morale, and organizational goals intersect, and I enjoy identifying practical ways to align them. I take pride in leading with both empathy and efficiency, ensuring team success while maintaining business standards. My consistent placement on the Dean's List and 3.53 GPA also reflects my commitment to growth and accountability, both professionally and academically.
