Howdy!

I am a Master of Science in Human Resource Management graduate student at Texas A&M University Mays Business School. I graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station in December 2024 where I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a minor in Business. As a passionate and driven professional, I have dedicated my academic journey to understanding how Industrial and Organizational Psychology can inform innovative business outcomes. I am on a continuous pursuit to broaden my knowledge of human behavior, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development.

My passion lies in facilitating team dynamics that creates leaders and promotes a positive work culture. As a Residence Life Coordinator and Graduate Hall Director, I managed employee relations and development initiatives, facilitated conflict resolution, and created and developed policies and procedures. I kept a record of student and employee interactions and incidents, and facilitated over 30 formal conduct cases. This data was used to inform future professional development training opportunities for staff members and create standard operating procedures to streamline organizational processes. I also created various policies that were included in the student handbook to ensure that the behavior modeled by our students and employees embodied the mission of our organization.

It is by interacting with others, creating new connections, and strengthening relationships that I am truly fulfilled. My ultimate mission and goal is to bring people together, inspire others, and transform the workplace!
