I am a Master of Real Estate candidate at Texas A&M University with a background in finance and experience supporting land acquisition and development projects. Through my past work experience, I’ve worked on site-level due diligence, contract coordination, and tracking multiple projects at once.

I have a strong foundation in Excel and financial modeling, along with experience in ARGUS, which has helped me better understand how to evaluate real estate opportunities and what drives a deal. I have a genuine passion for real estate, love working as part of a team, and enjoy seeing projects grow from early-stage ideas into real developments. I’m especially interested in the early stages of development, where decisions around land, risk, and capital really shape the outcome of a project, and I’m excited to continue building my career in that space.
