Amanda Zavala

I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Business at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, and I hold a Magna Cum Laude degree in biology from the same institution. With a strong scientific background and years of hands-on experience in both small and large animal care, ranging from local vet clinics to wildlife conservation work in South Africa, I bring a unique perspective to veterinary medicine rooted in both compassion and business acumen.
What drives me is the desire to not only provide exceptional clinical care, but also to elevate the profession through leadership, innovation, and improved access to care. I am currently applying to veterinary school and am always eager to connect with mentors and professionals in the field whose goal is also to integrate business into veterinary medicine.
