Aiden Childress

Howdy! I'm Aiden Childress, and I grew up in the north Houston area. I'm currently pursuing my Master's in Human Resource Management at Texas A&M, where I've had the chance to apply what I'm learning directly in the field. As a Strength & Conditioning Manager, I've led hiring cycles, built onboarding programs, and improved performance evaluation systems. I've used workforce data to make smarter staffing, training, and policy decisions, and I've designed development opportunities to help emerging leaders grow. I'm really driven by how HR analytics and strategic planning can make work better for people and more effective for organizations. My approach blends data-driven insight with people-first leadership to create results that actually last.
